Sri Lankan Airlines

SriLankan Airlines is the flag carrier of Sri Lanka and a IOSA certified airline. SriLankan operates hubs at Colombo, and Mattala, and has a strong presence in South Asia, Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia markets. It became a member of the Oneworld alliance in 2014.

SriLankan was established in 1978 as Air Lanka, following the termination of operations of the original Sri Lankan flag carrier Air Ceylon. It was rebranded in 1998. It is one of the largest international airlines in South Asia, and holds a 7/7 safety rating from Airline Ratings.
